Love the kids and the vast majority of staff always overtime available.

Cons

They don't have enough direct care staff so they always have to move people to different units to keep the ratio correct. Always ask to work double shifts because they don't have enough people to work.

It was a pleasure working with the staffs and students. Flexible schedules are available. Paid overtime.

Cons

Lack of communication amongst the AC at times. Aside from that, it's a great company to work for.
