Consistent work Ample overtime Amazing learning experience Friendly coworkers and staff

Disrespectful Does not take into consideration personal time or schedules Requires staff to stay if someone else calls out regardless of schedule Requires staff to work mandatory overtime but does not pay overtime rate in fact they actually cut your rate to minimum wage If you get injured they do not take support you, they assume you are at fault
