This job is one-of-a-kind. I don't know of another work place that enables such a great integration of life and work. The work itself is great. Inside sales is a thrilling thing to be in. Communication is key here, and with good skills, there is no limit to what you can achieve (AND EARN). While B2B, the industry we sell to is full of interesting and fun people, making conversations and calls easy and enjoyable. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. Coworkers can be friends also. This workspace is sleek, appealing, and fun. This job is just what I want. It has a the thrills and edge of a tech startup accompanied by the culture and fun of the craft beer industry.
Cons
Compensation is performance based, so, poor performance can hurt your bank account. The good news is there is no cap to what you can earn, so, the ceiling GREATLY outweighs the risk of a low floor.
