A Great Place to Work

Pros

Coming from the perspective of the operating room, I feel like manager, charge nurses and coworkers are very supportive, and want people to succeed. It's a nice mix of services/cases, as the facility is much larger than a rural-hospital, but smaller than a typical urban hospital. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Not much to criticize, will just add that sometimes things are discussed too long, when action is needed, and the time for discussions is over.
