      Pros

      The management is really good. They don't micromanage their employees and highly value employees' ideas. Everyone is treating equally regardless of position held. Overall, just a great place to work.

      Cons

      On call rotation definitely can take a toll on your personal life.

      Pros

      Managers were helpful in training and assisting whenever we had issues in clinic with equipment or documents. The clinic staff are very welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      I had to drive a lot between all the clinics which wasn't bad but I wish I was stationed at a single clinic.
