Pros

People who work at Evergreenhealth are just all around awesome. There is a great sense of family and belonging amongst each other. Decent pay, decent benefits.

Cons

Clinic understaffed very frequently. No hazard pay while working during the pandemic. Pay is less than other nearby organizations. No room to advance as a MA.
