Business Outlook
Pros
Beautiful modern facility with plenty of money from community tax base support and wealthy benefactors. Typically has the best equipment available for diagnostics and patient care. Patient rooms are modern and up to date. Their pay scale is the best around. Voluntary Union not required to be a member.
Cons
The managers are not good with people and fail to protect their employees from patients who are letigious. Bad morale between employees and Dr's they interact with. Dr's are forceful and disrepectful to staff. managers do not support the staff.
