-Toilets are clean. -Elevator waiting time is short.
Cons
-CCTV cameras in front of toilets; recording who enter and spend how long time inside. -They force employees to use public slippers to enter toilet. I got toe infection because of this issue. -I have witnessed some managers confess, that they are hiring females, according to their sexual attractiveness, saying "to improve office atmosphere". -Fundamental problems in company internal mechanism. Non-sense rules and paperwors in all procedures. People waste their time and passion to prepare same report in different format. -Promotions are not based on merit or competence. Almost all managers and directors are promoted either because no one left in department; their connections or harsh attitude to employees. Boss likes this way... -Directors and managers do mobbing; long insults in front of colleagues are very common. -There are a few white collar western foreigners in company; I witnessed that they face secret racism and discrimination in daily work. Blue collar workers are treated badly in factory. -All management believes sales revenue can increase only by pushing sales people. No new product, or innovative thinking... -Boss fires employees for trivial things. Everyday I was coming to work, afraid to be fired for nothing.
