Engineer of >12hrs/day without overtime pay, lots of trivial rules to follow, not a good place for an engineer.

Beautiful building in Taipei headquarter, cheap dorm and parking lot for employee, a company that makes profit, lots vacancies of management.

Cons

Never ended paper work, 1hr drive to factory, military management, not willing to invest in innovation studies, always be a follower.
