Everlight Solar is the only company I have ever worked for that truly embodies a family environment. They challenge you to constantly improve, give you every resource and ounce of support you need to succeed, and celebrate achievements together.

Cons

Since I first started with Everlight they have been extremely accommodating of any needs and they do so in a very nice manor. All my direct and indirect co workers have welcomed me with open arms. I couldn't be happier to work with such a dedicated and professional group of people that all strive to do their best everyday.

Cons

You will get a lot of hours, however I do not see that as a con.
