I have only been with Everlight for a short time now, and I can already see how great the culture is. Being a remote worker, I was very quickly welcomed and integrated into their family-like team, which has made working from home so much more fun! I am looking forward to learning and growing more with this company!

Cons

It is sometimes hard to find balance between busy and slow days.

The work culture is amazing and everyone is super kind and supportive. Every day feels like a chance to learn something new. When I first started, I had an idea of what Everlight Solar was all about, but I had no idea just how unique the company and brand are. As I’ve been here, I’ve really enjoyed discovering the depth of our mission and learning about our core values—and seeing firsthand how we put those values into action in our day-to-day work.
