Pros

Great management that listens and helps with anything you need. There is also tons of room for growth. In my three years here I’ve seen my role grow exponentially. We have a basketball court at the warehouse and there are always fun company events.

Cons

Depending on the role there can be a lot of hours worked (for me this is a pro but for some it may not be) No 401k contributions

Great team to work with! The team leads really go above and beyond to make sure you are heard. The team has a great atmosphere, and regardless of the work or angry customers, I love working with awesome people

Cons

They don't pay well. I've asked for raises in the past after being here for 3 years and nothing.
