      - Management heavily promotes teamwork, encourages asking "stupid questions" without fear of judgment, and values transparency, even when things go wrong - Management sets clear expectations, making it simple to succeed in your position - Management is great about giving positive and/or constructive feedback daily, so you'll always know where you stand - Management takes into account what software / type of project your interested in when assigning projects - LOTS of opportunities for growth! - Raises for acquiring additional certifications - As the company has grown, they've put effort and money into increasing benefits and perks for staff

      I have never worked at a company that has a positive work culture like this. If you are someone who wants to work with a team who genuinely is open to help at all times, apply! You won't regret it. They really value those who have the mindset to keep learning, and will go out of their way to provide the coaching required.

      Cons

      This is not a place for someone who is not open for learning.
