The culture is incredible. I love all the growth opportunities. Everlight truly invests in their employees and cares for not only your success but happiness.

Cons

As a remote worker, I wish I could see my coworkers in person more often. On that note, Everlight provides the opportunities and resources to stay connected and build those interpersonal relationships with your coworkers and company as a whole.

I’ve been with Everlight solar for almost two years. Day one the first thing that I noticed is everyone’s attitude. I felt welcomed into a family of like minded people who have a common goal to get things done. The leadership capital spoke for itself and I was super drawn towards the job.

Cons

If you don’t like working hard and growing in and outside of work this job isn’t for you. The company invests in each employee to see them grow in their work performance also in your home life. If that isn’t what you want in life this job isn’t for you. Now working here for this long I can say I’ve gained a lot of experience and a lifetime of wisdom.
