My favorite thing about working at Everlight Solar is the community. I have only been here for a short time, but the company has completely welcomed me with open arms. I have really appreciated the combined effort from everyone to make me feel a part of a team. I have been able to collaborate with people from almost every department, which is encouraged. I have learned that work can be something you look forward to. Everyone who works at Everlight really tries to be a champion for everyone to succeed. I have also appreciated the different projects that I have been able to work on. I have gained so many new skills and experiences that I will take with me forever. I think someone who is open-minded, driven, appreciates a good work/life balance, and loves a good snack bar and fully stocked fridge would love to work at Everlight Solar.

One of my favorite things about this company would have to be the training they have in place for new hires. I truly appreciate the 1 on 1's with my team lead, the company culture, and of course the infinite resources available to better yourself as an employee. I believe anyone who loves the environment, is bold enough to ask questions, and has a great attitude with a positive mindset would love to work at Everlight.
