Decline of the Everlight Culture and Values

Pros

There are many talented individuals at Everlight whose energy and knowledge are infectious. You can learn a lot.

Cons

There's disconnect between 'leadership' and the rest of the company, and that disconnect has slowly created a toxic culture. The employees have various group chats outside of work that they use to communicate and vent about the company and various leaders within it.

I love going to work every day. Everlight is full of amazing employees and has the best work culture I've ever been a part of.

Cons

Only con is the fact that the job is remote, which itself has a lot of pros as well. Relating to fellow employees on a deeper level is harder when remote but the company goes above and beyond to ensure we keep in touch with remote teams.
