      Clarity on company goals and appreciate the efforts to evolve the business towards virtual health Great team working towards a very powerful mission Hybrid work environment with 2 days a week in office, it has been great spending time with team Fast paced team trying new things and building solutions that are helping improve lives

      Pros

      The people at Everly Health are talented, smart, and passionate about what they do. The total rewards package for employees is excellent and the company does a lot to reconize their employees (they have 4 unique recognition programs, and an anniversary program). The company works hard to incorporate DEI inititives into the organization as well. It is a fantastic organization if you are a motivated and enjoy a challenge. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your career including taking advantage of the company's professional development fund to increase your skills and knowledge. Everly seems to promote a lot of employees during their performace review process.

      Cons

      The company has experienced growing pains over the past 2 years after multiple acquisitions so, at times, things can seen a bit chaotic but the frequent business updates and All Company meetings keep employees informed, if they are paying attention. The company also made a lot of organziational changes which made thing seem hectic, but they do not expect anymore major org changes. Work/life balance can be a stuggle for some departments (and most start-ups in general) but employees are encouraged to be mindful or their worklife balance and speak up to their manager if they are feeling overwelmed or stressed.

      This company has an amazing mission and really makes a positive impact, evident by powerful customer testimonial videos. The people at this company are dedicated, very hard working, intelligent, and passionate. And the HR team is one of the best around! The entire HR team collaborate and work well together and genuinely care about the employees. They are thoughtful in their approach and work tirelessly to support the workforce, company, and each other.
