Started Off Promising, but ADT killed career path when they bought us

Stability and plenty of work. Work life balance. My direct team and managers were amazing people.

Cons

No career growth. Only cared about sales people. Refusal to buy proper design PCs and adopt Revit as the standard (not our team, this was above our department)
