Toxic Company

Pros

No real pros that I can think of.

Cons

- Return to office environment - Pay is not competitive with the rest of the Bay Area - Quarterly company layoffs are a part of their culture now. - US Jobs getting off shored - Greedy C-suite laughing all the way to the bank as they fire people to manipulate stock prices, blame it on AI, then offshore those jobs to bluff that the company is growing. - It's toxic, like super toxic. Meeting where people yell at each other are normal and whatever you do, don't speak up if you have an idea... Bad idea. You'll get crucified for that. Just nod, smile, and say yes. - The absolute worst software systems I've ever seen. Spaghetti architecture, zero documentation, build build build. I feel sorry for the end users. - There's a little mafia group in the C-suite, then there's the people who are the teachers pet who suck up to them, and then there's everybody else. Everybody else gets treated badly. That little mafia group, they're making bank.

Pros

Decent Pay Five Word Minimum

Cons

Micro managing. Zero training. Zero diversity in leadership roles besides what they preach. Obvious desire for people to quit without paying redundancy, which lead mistreating staff and damaging the mental health of many people in the office.
