Great culture, Great recognition, flexibility to focus on projects that I find interesting! Non-reliance on stupid, bureaucratic processes. A FUN place to work! AWESOME forward thinking technology. Getting to work with happy & enthusiastic employees, partners and customers.

Cons

I didn't join earlier (I had the chance a few years ago and stupidly didn't chase it at full sprint)!
