Pay is...okay. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Leadership takes credit for everything positive while not taking accountability for any failure, even partial. Culture is becoming very political where recognition just goes to those who can boot lick the best. Work often requires just as much red-tape handling, if not more, than actual time it would just take to do the work.
