Pros

Very good work-life balance. Get a ton of holidays off that other jobs don’t let you off on. Management is very good and everyone is willing to teach you and help you learn.

Cons

The hybrid schedule is getting changed from 2 to 3 days in person.

Cons

It’s hard to pick up the job since there are so many specification and for some groups like mine it is hard to hit the ground running since getting access to softwares can take a lot of time
