Good healthcare, vision and dental plans

Cons

#MeToo workplace. They shove problems under the rug and don't deal with them. Terrible customer service. Bad morale. Stopped paying for people to work storm duty, got rid of their ethics hotline.

Knowledgeable group of employees. Pay and Benefits are satisfactory. Stable job, and a diverse workforce with people of all backgrounds and experience.

Cons

Working storms is forced, and pay is not guaranteed. Communication from upper management about even the smallest details is nonexistent. The atmosphere is uptight.
