      Pros

      Pay was excellent, hours were great, could choose to work overtime if you wanted. Took all the overtime I could and boss appreciated my effort.

      Cons

      Union was great as far as pay, but it also protected lazy people, who were not doing their job. I was expected to pick up for them, yet because of seniority, I was one of the first to go when there layoffs.
