- Executives have a history of success and I'm very confident in the success of our company - People are great, hard-working, no politics, just focused on getting work done - It's a startup so we're really scrappy and things are always exciting, but we have the focus of a large, established company.

Cons

- Employees don't get enough vacation time - Work hours aren't very flexible, 9 to 6

Nice and intelligent co-workers, small organization so easier to view progress or lack thereof. Interesting to be involved in an industry that is developing.

Cons

Hierarchical structure, work hard to complete because it is micromanaged by executives who spend the entire day in meetings. Lack of definition in roles, rules, and processes complicates tasks and means discretionary policies that mainly favor executives.
