I really enjoyed my time at Everspring! It was challenging work but I always felt appreciated. It was not a true call center environment meaning that we had expectations each day but nobody was breathing down my neck. I quickly gained the trust of my manager and it was a rewarding role overall.

Cons

More face time with clients would have been helpful.

This company is a buffet of cons. The attrition rate is staggering. If that doesn’t deter you, I don’t know what will.
