Pros

Remote, interesting industry. The only good thing about this place was the ability to check back into your personal life because no one cared about the company.

Cons

See above ^. No culture, didn't think it was possible to encounter sexual harassment via Teams, but it happened.

- A global and diverse team who is fully remote. And who are also really fun to work with. - People believe in the company leadership and everyone is fully invested in, and committed to, the company's success. - We're working on solving really cool and challenging problems.

Cons

- Fast-growth companies aren't for everyone. Things change fast and the most successful employees are those who aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and are willing to quickly adapt as needed.
