Pros

There are some very strong employees, including developers and data science, at the company. The product space is unique and the base product has a strong foundation.

Cons

Product leadership is toxic. Asks change every week without documentation or evidence, and changes are not communicated with cross-functional counterparts.

- A global and diverse team who is fully remote. And who are also really fun to work with. - People believe in the company leadership and everyone is fully invested in, and committed to, the company's success. - We're working on solving really cool and challenging problems.

Cons

- Fast-growth companies aren't for everyone. Things change fast and the most successful employees are those who aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and are willing to quickly adapt as needed.
