They took me on with almost no experience, Its an enviroment where you will develop soft skills and dealing with human interaction at a professional level.

Cons

They tend to overwork people, burocracy is insane, and at least in my department, one week a month you needed to be on call 24/7, with no additional pay. No clearly defined career path.
