Pros

You will get great Alaska experience in challenging conditions

Cons

Predatory company exploits employees. During Covid when the company got busier, management reduced pilot salaries and they reduced days off by 15% or more. Some pilots and engineers only get 4 days off per month. They will tell you whatever it takes to get you hired and then change things as they see fit.
