The company is growing fast and for good reason. Evolus has invested so much in top-quality / science-backed products and has some of the brightest minds in the industry. The leadership team is experienced, transparent, hungry, and motivates the entire organization, which has cultivated a FUN and INCLUSIVE culture. I feel inspired every day!

Cons

With any scaling business, there can often be a to solve for all at once. You're building the house as you're living in it. But, it makes the work impactful and allows employees to take ownership / have a voice, which is not always possible at more mature companies.
