Culture used to be fun but no longer. Benefits are good. Sunshine and rainbows till end of month or quarter.

Cons

Compensation, toxic senior leadership from directors above and unfair favoritism. High pressure unrealistic goals and double standards galore.

Jeuveau is a phenomenal product. Suggestions are taken from the field within the marketing department. You are paid at dollar $1. Monthly commission paid. Car allowance paid. Gas reimbursed. Generous budgets allow Reps to effective do their jobs. Benefits are truly wonderful. Positive culture for the most part.

Change in commission structure quarterly.
