      Pros

      Benefits at the company were good and provided great health coverage for full-time staff. However, eye health care coverage could have been better.

      Cons

      The corporate culture is superficial,not value's focused or growth oriented. Leadership does not communicate well and is not very forth coming.

      Opportunity to have impact. Fun at work, not just another job. This company is doing something different!

      Cons

      Start up environment so the company is building - it’s not for everyone but it’s a great place to be if you want to be a part of something special and do great work.

      Culture used to be fun but no longer. Benefits are good. Sunshine and rainbows till end of month or quarter.

      Cons

      Compensation, toxic senior leadership from directors above and unfair favoritism. High pressure unrealistic goals and double standards galore.
