Pros
Ample support for onboarding and beyond, leadership that is involved and shows appreciation, Even those at the highest level check in with team members, have regular virtual small group visits, and very much have their hands in everything going on- in a good way. Company is very open to and actually requests input on areas that need improvement or even just suggestions on ideas that employees want to implement. The culture is the best I have seen in a workplace. Values align with everything I as a healthcare provider pride myself on living in my life and bringing to my interactions with patients and providers.
Cons
Some systems in communications with other departments could be improved, however with the launch of a new product and exceptionally fast growth, I do think it is going very well all things considered.
