If you have a desire to learn, Management will mentor and cross train you in most departments Reasonable Pay Room to grow within company and ability to move departments More responsibility given if you have the desire to move up Flexible with school schedules for part time employees
Cons
Can be stressful when dealership gets busy with customers Hours can be long during busy season Weekends are pretty much a must as they are the busiest days Sometimes have to deal with rude customers
