Pros
No limit to income potential .If you want six figure income then all you have to do is work hard combined with smart.Beautiful facility great customer base with a lot of referral and repeat business. BDC dept brings in a lot of customers.Upper management is very support and we have the best financing available.As far as all employees we get along like family. Well seasoned sales staff.
Cons
No benefits package, sometimes long hours. Take advantage of time off given . Sometimes we have long twelve hour days that can take their toll. Need to learn how to pace yourself
