Good business model, meet great people, provides gaming industry vibe without the risks,

Cons

Doesn't care about its people, no leadership, no trust, only cares about the bottom line, no training and doesn't understand the US labor market. Very stressful, fast paced and they use their employees for company gain.

That sounds could be a really easy and fun job. I also got a chance to meet some really funny characters of people.

Cons

Every position was a revolving door from security. All the way up to head of studio. Lack of basic communication.
