Always surrounded by people and different cultures, nice environment in Malta as it's right next to the airport.

Cons

Do well get paid well, have one bad day and it could harm your monthly salary.

Pros

Leader in its area and does everything to remain such leader. Company cares about workers and provides them with decent salaries (mostly adequate to average market salaries), nice office and work environment and satisfies most of the employees requests. Proper kitchen, own gym. Co-workers are very friendly, eager to help and like to do their work properly.

Cons

Business is pushing too many projects into development at the same time, thus overloading developers. Quite frequently key team members find themselves assigned to work on several projects in parallel. Rare salary reviews. To get an increase you have to push your management yourself or get a promotion. Otherwise your salary will remain the same for years.

It is true – sometimes it is really hard to manage all the projects at once, because the company’s business goals and targets are very high. After all, if you like challenges, it is the best place for you to work! :)

Pros

free coffee and tea and very little supply of fruit only enough for 6 people for a company with 40+ employee on a day.

Cons

Management ignores employees' requests and constantly imposed more duty on them only to make themselves look better. Toxic relationship between game presenters even though there isn't any direct competition between them. Schedule is fixed and graveyard shifts are difficult to endure. They enslave employees and provide very little support when needed. Worst management and company ever!
