      Great team mates Free taxis for night shifts or between 20:30-7:30

      Cons

      -Food is not the best and overpriced -Constantly covering teams which affect your bonus (needed for a livable wage) -People quit often -Lack of hiring for native teams that need it -Often Only in 1-1 contact with manager if its about something you did wrong lol -One of the lowest paying iGaming companies; english, italian, french, brazilian, greek team can expect €1000-1200 after tax without the bonus -scandinavian, dutch, japanese, korean get paid double than most of the native teams -Always a problem in every shift with needing covers -mentally and physically draining for a supposed easy job -no career progression unless you know people inside that get you the job or you spend your free time doing their extra work they dont want to do for "experience" -no pay rises -there is always something broken and needing fixed

      Pros

      High salary with yearly reviews, ability to WFH or abroad for 3 months, no problems if you need to be offline due to private or family reasons during a day if you going to compensate time later. Good and helpful teammates. Good insurance. Possibility to grow your knowledge, attend a conference. Possibility to join the company in case of successful completion of Scala bootcamp. Very established technology stack. No calls at the night (at least during my career here). Engineering hubs are continuing to open in Europe, which gives a sense that company is growing. Despite of all cons, I find this place good for building and raising your Scala knowledge, and solving a great challenges.

      Cons

      No yearly bonus, somewhat reluctant senior management in questions of improving employees wellbeing. Employee engagement surveys results are not seem to be addressed. Company loses great employees, despite of shouting that it becomes an even better place for work.

      Basically, they never listen to employees. Whenever we gave the feedback, They ignored. HR team doesn’t do their jobs properly so my ex colleagues are struggling with work. Insane schedule and no new people. I don’t understand why they don’t close tables. It’s insane to run the 24hours table with 12 people. People can not be happy with this situation. I sent an email how bad they are before I left this insane company, nothing is changed. They don’t also care about people’s mental health from rude players. I think they close the chat function if they don’t listen to employees. (They have no ability to control the situation. They just say do not spam rude button) There must be reasons to press rude button several times, however, they say we should stop pressing. And the manager doesn’t do her job as well. ( I have no idea how she could be a manager) Another bad thing is that they don’t pay night allowance. Whenever they need someone for a foreign table, they always activate Asian employees’ schedule. It’s because they don’t say “no” I don’t really understand why people who only do baccarat should go and cover for blackjack tables . When we don’t have the enough speed or evaluation, we can not get the bonus which we are supposed to get. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR JOB OFFER
