Pros

Good pay if you can hit bonus every month, no mistakes and on time (early) every single day. Very Freeform work environment. Cool people as coworkers. Growth opportunity.

Cons

Management does not care & does not get anything done. HR is unresponsive & dismissive of any real issues. Pay is often messed up & tips fluctuate A LOT. They are always watching you so don’t make any waves if you want to keep the job. Company mostly promotes from within. Because they don’t want outsiders knowing what’s going on behind the cameras.
