-Poor management of the middle and lower managers -Toxic environment, unsupportive coworkers -No shift rotations ( new comers with 6months of night shifts) -Not enough workers in the MCR room( only you in the room, you don’t even have time to washroom and your meals) -Late hangover

- some of your colleagues are complete jerks and they will try to live rent free in your mind even if you didn't cross em - 15 minute break for 1.5 hours of live tables, could be stressful sometimes - Absolutely nobody gives a damn about you
