bonuses if received, by % on the games plus the notorious assessment of people sitting in another country, Depends a bit on your gender and if they like you, but you never get 100%, they wait and find somthing insignificant to pull it down.

Cons

Your life against money, which is not so high. You can work bonus shifts and get overtime, it pays but you lose a lot of your private life, then it's not so well paid, Okay or good for Malta but otherwise not
