Hard work, low salary

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Health insurance Gym pass No need experience

Cons

The work is hard, and the salary and bonuses are low. The treatment is different from that of a Game Presenter, and you have no say in anything. Promotion is extremely difficult because nobody wants this job; there are high turnover rates and constant absences due to health and psychological problems. Some positions have open selection processes, but there's already a fixed person who will fill the positions. Lack of ergonomics at work leads to long nights of pain. The studio's physical structure is inefficient; there's a lack of bathrooms, and the changing room is messy. Inefficient HR, without competent professionals to handle simple demands. The company culture only exists on paper; the environment is multicultural but with a clear preference for certain nationalities.

Pros

They like to spend/waste their money on 3 or 4 "events" or parties for their staff across the year

Cons

Management is quick to provide negative feedback but rarely praise positive outcomes. Good luck trying to get a raise or promotion.

Pros

The only real benefits are Gym pass and health care but they are not amazing.

Cons

The company maintains unrealistic expectations of its employees. As a result, many report feeling overwhelmed and fatigued, with limited intention to remain with the organization long term. The work environment is perceived as exhausting, and working conditions have progressively deteriorated over time. Although company events and job advertisements present a polished image, the underlying infrastructure is inadequate. Facilities are insufficient, toilets are frequently out of order, and the appropriate rest areas are limited. Additionally, complex internal logistics contribute to a draining daily routine. Policies and rules are applied inconsistently and are subject to frequent changes, leading to confusion, interpersonal conflicts, and application of double standards. Although it provides internal promotion opportunities, the communication and feedback about interview and recruitment processes are unsatisfactory and slow. By the way, the communication with different departments is usually ineffective and a stressing experience. The company does not consistently declare employee taxes correctly, which has resulted in financial losses and unexpected tax charges for employees.
