- You get experience in a management field - Building and office space is nice

Cons

- No organization - You're not a manager, you're a babysitter - Management makes less than employees - Bonus tier makes no sense, feels like getting cheated out of your extra hard work - Forced to work holidays without holiday pay - If you turn down/choose not to use their benefits, they still take money from your pay - No accountability for the bad employees turns away the good employees

Colegii sunt de treabă, iar team managerii și echipa care se ocupă de program sunt în general de ajutor. Day off-urile sunt respectate în mare parte și există deschidere pentru discuții.

Cons
