Pros

Semi-flexible work schedule Great rest-spaces, entertainment facilities Opportunities to work for different teams (various rules, ways of behaviour and performance checks)

Cons

Whilst there are many rest-spaces to spend your free time, you don’t get much of it. The breaks are 30 mins every hour or two, sometimes every 3 hours. If you worked smoothly those few hours and did not have any mistakes (ball out on the roulette table, touched your face too much on the camera - more than two times adjusting your hair is too much, as well as if you did not smile as much- you get to enjoy your break, but the first few months you are watched like a hawk and later then too, but you get to get away with being too shiny on camera or touching your hair, but not first few months- because if your shift didn’t go smooth let it be your accidental mistakes or just human behaviour then you will get asked to see the supervisor ( your name will be on the digital board or you will be called to the office by intercom) to discuss the mistakes and re train the roulette ball spins for the whole duration of your break. So they want you to behave and act super correctly at all times, like robot that never makes mistakes
