Pros
1) its, an easy job, like, 0 calories spent, plus lots of breaks, like, the setting of comfort is very unique. 2) It is a sub-Linear working environment, those who "supervise you" or coordinate you are not necessarily superior to you in the business hierarchy. 3) Lots of paid leave and efficient scheduling systems for swaps, leaves etc. 4) Almost pure systemic, no human supervisor going personal on you, just following procedures so better sense of autonomy. 5) Fun lifestyle and very multi cultural, lots of people, big variety. 6)They have high standards of employee care. 7) Good systems to easily get in touch with all departments.
Cons
1) The system changes too fast, but information travel too slow, creating inefficiencies and misinformation everywhere, now apply time to that and you are in a place where no one really knows exactly what is being applied or not, that includes everyone. 2) it can get very Mentally draining, find a hobby.
