Soviet solutions from Latvians working in headquarters and having positions only because they ''know-how'' ;) . After years of working in at least 4 locations for that company, i don't remember once that Non-Latvians were in the right.. If you say no to them, or have an opposite opinion then you are dead, you are the enemy and they push you out just to replace you with a Soviet one!
