- Benefits like healthcare, gym allowance are nice - Good teammates

Cons

- Toxic environment - People will not respect your job or your position - CEO has brought down the company with his ridiculous changes like mandatory work from the office (3 times per week) - No real climbing up the success ladder

Pros

Not overly hard work for decent pay. Customers only have chat abilities and are generally pretty easy to deal with.

Cons

Managers are nice and do their best at keeping things running smoothly. There are a couple managers that are nit picky about table talking with your colleagues and talk down to you. Which sometimes makes for a walking on egg shells atmosphere. Use a point system so every sick day you take is a point. Some of the better dealers who work hard and bring in good tips have a lot of points therefor turnover is pretty high.
