Its a great culture diversity and you meet lots of cool people.

Cons

Each year they do anything possible to lower your chances to make money. Is always downgrade, keep changing bonus system, no benefits compared to the other companies in Malta. Good for a first job and after 6 months you should leave. If you want to change to a position from game presenter to office one your salary will go even lower.
