Pros

Good pay for entry level job Minimum 3 20-25 minute paid breaks every day Easy job

Cons

Horrible management Favoritism Childish behaviour Management has favorites and they are usually close friends, so if you are hoping for early out or more breaks, you have to get “friendly” with management. Terrible HR work, HR will tell on you to managers if you had a complaint about them and they will make your life miserable there. Not worth it, I’m thinking about quitting

Pros

Not a physically draining job, you get to dress up and look pretty if that's what you're into. The dressing rooms, cafeteria, etc. are nice. Many people work there so you're guaranteed to find a friend or multiple. Or you can also just clock in for the shift and not talk to anyone and be completely left alone. When I worked there, no one ever called or texted me outside of work hours. I had an amazing manager who never pressured me to take more hours (I got super lucky I guess). It is super easy to get hired, with lots of parties, benefits, and health insurance (!!). If you take it seriously you can advance to the better teams pretty fast and even get hired at the office, since they prefer to hire internal people.

Cons

Many managers will stress you out about not having enough hours. It is mentally exhausting to do the same thing over and over again, so I suggest changing teams, even if you're not planning to work there for long. Especially, get out of the basic team as soon as possible. And in less busy teams - talk to the (semi) normal players in chat, otherwise you won't survive all those hours of silence. The chatters aren't so bad, but in 1,5 years I did cry about 3 times. Also, it's sometimes super tough to get shifts off, especially if you need it fast, which can be very stressful. If you make enough mistakes, you might lose your entire bonus, so don't depend on it.
